Online Classes During COVID 19 Online

COVID 19 Pandemic protocols might have barred the students from regular school days, but where there is a will, there is a way. So, teachers have reached the students' study desk through Zoom Cloud Meetings. We can proudly say that we started our Academic Session 2020 – ’21 in the month of April itself amidst the complete Lockdown. Initially, teachers provided topic oriented videos through Class WhatsApp Groups. Soon, online classes resumed with the senior students followed by the juniors and even the K.G section.

Besides the scheduled classes, CCA classes, Yoga Classes and English Skill classes are held once in a week.

• To be in School Uniform.
• To be regular and punctual.
• To maintain proper body posture using desk during online classes.
• To avoid the use of earpiece and headphones.
• To respect online classes.

Greet your teacher with ‘good morning’ or ‘good afternoon’ and before leaving the class bid you teacher with a ‘Thank you’. In between, if you need to speak begin with ‘Excuse me’.

Teachers share their Power point Presentations and topic related videos to make the teaching –learning process more effective.

Students get opportunity to clear their doubts in the doubt clearance session held before each period ends.

Every class begins with warming up or a recapitulation of the previous day's lesson.

Classes are much interactive than lecture based.

Students maintain RCN (Regular Class Notes) in their respective assignment notebooks. Subject teachers provide them with at least five small points during the class span. They need to click a photo of it and send to the class teacher within the next five minutes of the ending of the class. In KG classes, additional videos on action rhymes and storytelling are provided to the children.

Limited assignments along with the answer keys are uploaded by the subject teachers in the class WhatsApp Groups. Students need to work out those in their exercise books and upload those in the Google Classroom in PDF format.

Home Based Projects and S.U.P.W Projects are provided to the students only to be completed during the vacations.

Parents and teachers maintained all the COVID Protocols and made it possible to check and mark the Assignments and Projects before the Terminal Examinations.
