CULTURAL FEST

K E Carmel, Behala conducts a Cultural Fest once a year in its school premises that comprises of various co-curricular activities like dance, drama, painting, clay modeling, craft making, storytelling, arts and crafts, singing and percussions. It is a House-based competition and so all the students take part on the behalf of their respective houses. The points acquired in it finally decide the “Winning House of the year” by the end of the academic session. With an active participation in it, a child is believed to learn the traditions, culture and custom of the country. He/she thus grows up to respect the rich heritage and gradually induces such ideas and values in him/her. Also it gives an opportunity to the students to showcase their talents and give them an exposure.
